Galas and awards nights
An opening number that quiets the room, acts between award blocks, and a finale that gets people onto the dance floor. We have opened the Wabel Barcelona Summit awards and gala dinners for Casino Barcelona, with dance productions and aerial acts.
Launches, conferences and agencies
Acts timed to a keynote, performers in brand colours, LED arrival experiences and walkabout characters. Event agencies book us as the production partner behind their own proposal, under their name if they prefer.
Private celebrations
Weddings, milestone birthdays and anniversaries in villas, restaurants and hotels. A show that fits the guest list, from a single aerial solo during dinner to a themed party for two hundred. Hotels planning a whole season should read the season partnership page.

Sound, lighting and staging can be added through our technical partners when the venue has none.
Questions event planners ask us
How far in advance should we book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a standard show. A bespoke production with new choreography, custom costumes or a client theme needs eight to twelve weeks. December and June fill first.
Do you travel outside Barcelona?
Yes. Our artists perform across Spain, in Greece and France, and anywhere in Europe a stage plan is sent. Travel and accommodation are itemised in the proposal so there are no surprises.
Can the show be adapted to our brand or theme?
That is the normal way we work. Costumes in your colours, a number built around your product, characters from your campaign, or an existing themed show re-dressed for the night.
What does an event show cost?
It depends on cast size, duration and travel, so we quote per event rather than publish a rate. Send the brief through the proposal form and you will have a price within two working days.
