Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why
When you send the proposal request or the artist application form, we collect the details you type: name, company or hotel, email, phone, country, event type, dates and your message; for artists, also your discipline, city and links to your reel and profiles. We use them only to answer you, prepare a proposal or assess an application, and to keep a record of our exchanges. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made, and the steps needed before a contract.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, Meta Platforms processes the message under its own privacy terms. Your number and messages are used by us only to reply.
How long we keep it
Proposal requests: for the duration of our exchange and up to three years afterwards, so we can follow up on a season or an event. Artist applications: up to two years, so we can contact you for a casting. Accounting records, where a contract follows: the period required by Spanish tax law.
Who receives it
Nobody outside the agency, except the providers we need to run the site and our mailbox: our hosting provider (Namecheap, with servers in the European Union and the United States under standard contractual clauses), our email provider, Google (only if you accept analytics cookies) and, if you use the WhatsApp button, Meta Platforms. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, delete or export the data we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Write to info@erostalentagency.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Website statistics
If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) measures how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, country and device type. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. The data is used only to improve the site and is kept for 14 months. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time in the cookie banner or by deleting the site’s cookies; the site works the same either way.
